You ticket view will display all your tickets. This will include open and closed. The filters on the right-hand side will help you tailor your view of the tickets you want to see.
All the filters are dropdowns defaulted to ‘Any’ which means it displays all the tickets under that selection. You can choose the filters you want to apply from the drop down.
You can filter tickets by Agents, Groups, Status, etc. To see tickets which are assigned to you, you can type “Me” or select your name through “Agents” field.
