Go to https://cseinsurance.freshdesk.com/ and click on Login
Enter your valid login credentials and you will be logged into the Freshdesk dashboard page as shown below.
You will need to click on the ticket’s icon on the left navigation menu to take you to your tickets view which displays all the tickets.
