Freshdesk has changed their Single Sign On (SSO) protocol. We're working with Freshdesk to adjust our screens to go back to our one-click SSO process. Please follow the steps below until we identify the solution for the best user experience:

1- Go to CSE Intranet
  

2- Click "Employee Support " on the home page

3- Click Sign In


4a- If you're a Freshdesk technician (agent), click agent login


4b- If you're using Freshdesk to submit/monitor tickets, click customer login


5- Log in by using your CSE email and password
