Here is a step-by-step guide to track your ticket status:


1. Go to CSE Intranet 


2. Click "Employee Support" on the home page


3. You will land to Employee Support home page 


4. Log into your Freshdesk account by using your CSE user name and password


5. Click "Check Ticket Status"


6. If you don't see any of your tickets, please make sure you select the correct filter


7. Feel free to send follow up messages once you open your ticket
